Near county line Road myself. I'm running a small operation - 30 taps. Double what I did last year. I'm wondering what I got myself into this year already.....:D :o The sap is flowing wonderfully the last couple of days. I've got so much sap right now I'm batching it yesterday and today to get through it as fast as I can.
24x36" SS pan with baffles on a cinder block arch with a flue out the back. 3rd year doing this - we hot pack in pint ball jars. Started off with Gordon's catering pans the first year, bought my pan last year and haven't regretted it one bit!
Anyone else in the area?
