Looking for some new sources for bulk syrup. We're using about 75,000-80,000 pounds per year and prepared to pay more than the big brokers. You delivering would be ideal but I could probably pick up as well (just a matter of price/cost). Also particularly in the market for some good tasting dark or extra dark. You know, the stuff you make when you don't use RO. Willing to pay a premium on that if the taste is right. Anyway, I can't stress this enough, I cannot use late season/buddy syrup or anything else "off". I am very sensitive to that smell/flavor so I'm not going to be fooled by some blended crap.
