I am expanding my syrup hobby and have severly over grown what my 2x6 can handle a 3 x 12 would be fine also but looking 10 years down the road I will be expanding again. If you have a 3 or 4 by 12 please let me know. I can remove if needed a way to transport it. I live in Central Michigan and travel to the U.P. of michigan frequently.
