you can get a new pulley from Granger or other industrial supply outfit. Pulley on pump side of sp11 should be 12", give or take. Can't remember shaft size, but I think it is 5/8"?

Found pulley at tractor supply, 12 inch should work good. The shaft size is 7/8 on the sp 11.
