This is an early 90s Ro.it does need membranes.It did have an issue with the pump top,but I got that fixed and getting a spare for parts.asking $2400 as is..if I go and get new membranes(I will ask much more)you can get everything from Atlantic Ro for around$600.315-571-5151.
