This tool has never been used; we are going in a different direction.
It is a CDL line tool designed for 3/16" tubing. These tools grab the tubing very well, and you will not have any lines disappearing into the woods. The cutter is on a slide that allows you to cut on both sides of an old drop to replace it. The tool also can be used in the shop to assemble drops by closing the pliers on one side on a bolt.
