Description:

Aluminum hood, 69.5"x56.5", 12" thimble. Good condition, but could use some more rivits around the thimble. I was told this hood was originally on a syrup pan and it was designed to be slid side to side, only exposing the channel that was being drawn off. I was going to simply suspend it over my former rig, but I upgraded to a larger evaporator with hoods, so I no longer need this one. I think it would work nicely over a small evaporator- from a Half-Pint up to maybe a 2'x6'?
