Description:
|
This is a solid brass pump that I used for 3-4 seasons to pump well water and transfer sap. The pump was military surplus. I put it on a base plate with a 3-1/2 HP Briggs about 30 years ago and used it for a short time. I just put a brand new bearing in the pump and it is ready to work. The motor, however, does not run and needs some attention. I am including the base plate and Lovejoy coupling as shown.
If primed and used with a foot valve, it will easily suck out of a tank. I don't have hard flow data, but depending on your hose arrangement should easily handle 20-30 GPM.
The PUMP is in great condition. The MOTOR does NOT run.
The pump is an 1-1/2' X 1-1/4" X 4". I believe it will perform best in the 1400-1700 RPM range.
Delivery may be available within 100 miles or so. I'd rather not have to box it up to ship.
