2x3 WF Mason evaporator with blower. Insulated, bricked, and ready to fire up. Includes: 1) Door-mounted cutoff switch to shutdown blower when adding wood; 2) Custom sheet metal pre-heater box to warm sap before it enters the main pan; 3) Firewall/baffle to direct flame directly under pan. Boils 8-12 gal. / hr. Recommended for up to 50 taps (though I easily boiled on 80 for a couple years). Only used 4 seasons.
