Custom made Stainless steel water jacket flat filter bottler. Can be used on stove top or propane burner. Measures 15" wide, 12' tall, 23" long. Comes with wire mesh filter holder and stainless steel lid as shown. Holds 8 gallons of syrup to the bottom of the wire mesh filter holder or 11 gallons with filter holder removed. Has draw off spout, thermometer for checking syrup temp. and brass drain plug to drain water. Water jacket allows syrup to be held at constant temperature while filtering.
