What kind of evaporation rate did you get with this unit?

The Steam-Away was initially set up to dump into 5 gallon pails. We had to empty that every 5 or 6 minutes
so that alone was about 50 to 60 gallons. For the evaporator I couldn't give you any better number than to take Leader's estimates and maybe add 10% for better air over and under the fire. Our flows were continuous from the dump tank to the RO to the concentrate tank to overhead an in and the wife was pretty poor at keeping track of how much she brought in from the bush. When we fired it with lots of little loads to keep it hot and smooth we got continuous flow draws for up to 20 minutes at at time. Our wood supply was limited so we never had the blower cranked up anywhere near max. We were targeting
efficiency of wood more than fast boil rates. With this combination I never had to boil past midnight with feed coming from about 650 trees on vac.
