True. Is it hard to crystal coat it? Do you just put maple sugar on it after it's set?

What if you froze it until you needed to fill orders?

You Can Freeze Candy To Extend The Shelf Life---you Just Need To Get It Out And Let It Air Dry For A Couple Days Before Packaging.
