Default End of Season Maple Beer

Anyone try using their back pan contents at the end of the season for making beer? Seems it would probably make a good strong one. May have to try it next year instead of boiling it out through the front pan.

Last season we used the tail end of the syrup to make maple mead, turned out fantastic. The only problem is there isn't enough of it!
