I’m up to 46 gallons bottled which I’m very happy with overall. Right at 1800 gallons of sap collected. It’s time for me to redo the firebrick inside the box, a couple have cracked and they are starting to crumble. I am hoping to hang in there for next two days as we should get a couple days of freeze tonight and tomorrow. I picked up a few jugs of high heat mortar and tried to patch it the best I could. Will see what it looks like tomorrow. At the cost of arches, I don’t want to mess anything up now with only 2 probable days left in the season for me.

Still going here. Pulled my yard trees yesterday except for 3 large sugars. I even test boiled one of my silvers and no off smells.

Still going here in Plymouth. One more push this coming week. Syrup tastes great and haven't heard the peepers yet. Great year after a slow start.

Awesome to hear. We drove up to Sturgeon Bay yesterday for my kid's first trap shooting invitational of the year and even once we got around Port Washington, it looked like things are a few weeks behind here. Way more green here.

We did our last boil last Saturday and then pulled all our taps. Will be canning syrup this Saturday. Then it's time to clean, clean, clean! See ya all next season!
