    Default PVC sap bag holder

    Looking for a good way to do the key hole in the pvc pipe sap bag holders plus a good way to cut the groove for the zip tie with out cutting my handoff on the table saw

    I’ve made 1000’s of them and only had a few go flying off the tablesaw. Set up a jig/fence to run them against. I use a stacked dato for that. The keyhole I first cut the smaller top section with a 5/8” bit then use a ceramic tile hole saw for the lower section
    custom made 2x7 intensofire
    With SL pans
    250 deer run and D&G 600
    1500 sacks around the neighborhood

    I just made some this year. Drill two holes close together and file or roto zip in between. I used a router table with a 1/4" bit for the groove.
    2014 6 Taps Block Arch and momas canning pot, 3 gallons YIKES

    2019 100 taps and a new adventure with a home built arch.

    2020 90 taps, my wife and I and a Bucket RO...

    2021 112 taps and a modified Bucket RO.

    2022 120 taps, modified Bucket RO a Wife, Son and Springer

    2023 ~110 taps Nothing new

    2024 90 taps health issues, family

    2025 75 taps New RO Bucket filter canner
