Default Best way to clean a "trunk tank?"

I picked up a second hand 450 gallon tote, the kind designed for a pickup truck bed, on the cheap...it's in good shape but in need of a decent cleaning, especially along the bottom. I've only had new IBC totes up to this point, any suggestions on the best cleaning method for this plastic?

I was thinking I'd mix powdered brewer's wash in hot water and then pressure wash it...

Yup, PBW, pressure washer. Spray with star-san afterward.
