We’ll see how it goes today. Have boiled about 4-5 times so far with the new bubbler system in the flue pan,couldn’t see much bubbling action going on,still lots of nitre and syrup not getting lighter. Had it “ teed in “ to the pipe feeding the steam away,not enough air I guess. Disconnected the pipe and hooked up to the shop vac,,voila,looks like the pan is boiling with no fire. Will permanently plumb it outside after the season if it works how I think it should.

2019 - Nothing
2020 - 30 Taps on Shurflo, 30 taps on 3/16, 2x5 oil tank evaporator, 11 Gallons.
2021 - 35 Taps on Shurflo, 11 buckets, RB10 RO Bucket, 2x3XL Mason Evaporator. 4 gallons
2022 - 110 Taps on Shurflo, 77 taps on 3/16 gravity, 13 buckets to hit 200, Upgrade to RB15 RO Bucket.
2023 - 110 Taps on Shurflo, New 3/4 Mainline with 125 taps, 2x4 raised flue, Upgrade to Homemade 4x40 RO.
Craigwade,made all golden syrup from start to finish last year with the bubbler,turned it off after first 100 gallons made to make darker grades for customers requesting that instead. Now I have a selection of grades to sell for this yearOriginally Posted by craigwade2005

2015 - Small operation. 25 buckets. One excited 5 year old and one 35 year old that feels 5 again.
2016 - One year older. New Homemade 2x4 Arch, Smoky Lake Pan and looking at 52 maples, 17 box elders and 2 walnut trees.
2017 - Shurflo 4008 hooked to 42 stingy silver maples and a few Norways. A couple buckets on sugars and Norways. 10 box elders.
2018 - ...a few more taps.
2019 - ...more taps on 3/16 gravity. This spiral is heading downward in a hurry.
2020 - 4x400 RO - RB20 (uh-oh!)
