Default Sugar Maker Distribution by size?

    Hi Folks,
I hope this is the right place for this question. I am wondering if there is any data or estimations of the number of sugar makers by number of taps or gallons/year or whatever in Vermont? So, it would be something like, "In Vermont, 7% of sugar makers have between 1-19 taps, 5% are between 20-49, 6% are between 50 and 74"...etc. I'd love to see data for other states and Canada if people know of it too. Most interested in the smaller end of the spectrum. ...Yes, market research

    Thank you for your time,
    Trevor

    Blower
(RO but not enough taps to run it this year)

I'm sure there is some data available, but my thoughts are that most producers on the smaller end are not very likely to tell anyone how many taps they have, as the size of an operation gets larger I suspect more start to chime in.
Even for figures on the agg census questionares too many refuse to answer. Good luck getting that info.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
