I think the answer will depend on what it was packed in, if glass, likely good to mix, if in non oxygen barrier plastic, you might not want to mix, those jugs tend to suffer some because they allow oxygen in, even though slight, it does make a difference. If your sales are slow enough that you frequently have jugs that have been packed for 8 or more months, consider using oxygen barrier jugs.

After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
