We tapped on Sunday also. This is a week earlier than normal but the 10 day forecast looks good. Collected 50 gallons yesterday off of 54 taps. Will tap some more tomorrow.

Redwing blackbirds are back today. Still collecting sap but I think this weekend might be it. Cut a bunch of hop hornbeam and musclewood on Saturday to use for growing shiitake mushrooms. Always something to do in the woods.
