We finished tapping Friday, got tanks cleaned & up line pump in place. Lines are getting pretty well flushed out, hopefully start storing sap later on today.

We finished taping yesterday also. Sap was running a bit, temperature is starting to cooperate. Possible snow storm coming mid week. Have a great season.

We've had pretty runs, Sunday & Monday being the best, just so so since. Been alright though, we've bottled 3 times this week, up to 21 imp gallons (95 litres). Next week looks ok, high temps don't look that high, but we'll take it.

Seems like a slow start to the season. Down here near Sussex I haven't had the trees run in consecutive days. Hopefully the weather starts to turn warmer

Been slow going, but we're getting some. Bottled 8 or 9 times, up to 60 gals or so(270 liters)

We're done! Ended up with 122.5 imp gallons (557 liters). It was a weird year, never had good runs, weather was really warm & sunny enough. Now it's very warm! All good though, we're ok & had some fun.
