Default Food grade plastic bucket for filter tower

Is there any concerns using these as my filter tower? I guess specifically will the hot syrup
temps affect the plastic as we will filter at 219 degrees. Thank you to Swingpure for making me aware of the
bucket filters, ordered some and I really think they’re going to work well.

Be certain to sanitize the bucket first. Then add the syrup slowly, it should be ok without being pressurized.
Dave Klish, I recently bought a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Thanks Dave, will follow thru on your suggestions. Did a bit of research, the hdpe is good upwards from 230-240 degrees,
so I feel it will be fine. Good luck with the health issues your taking on, will send good thoughts your way.
