Moss?
I have recently purchased some property. Fortunately I have a fair amount of Maple trees on the land that I'll be able to tap! Upon walking the property today, I noticed that several of the Maples had moss growing in the crown area of the trees. Why is this? The land had been cut over about 15 years ago.
