    hoping for some cold weather soon...I didn't produce in 2015 and we are running low on reserves. 65 degrees for Christmas??

    I just looked at the next couple months on Accuweather. It shows we will be tapping in Jan. I have heard both a repeat of last year and a warmer than normal winter from the weather people. Not sure what to believe anymore. I wonder what the sap will be like if we do't get a freeze for at least a couple weeks.

    The news this morning didn't look like there's going to be much change. Whenever it's going to be cold enough at night, it's going to stay too cold during the day. I have mixed feelings, though. It's nice not having any storms, I get to stay home at night. I'm going to know how spoiled I am when it starts
