With the experience you may have boiling down sap. You maybe able to answer a question for me.

I trying to figure some numbers to play with but to start could someone tell me how much time it
would take to boil down maybe 100 gallons of just water 1.00 gravity and how much wood using
a evaporator of any size you work with.

Any numbers would work I just took 100 to make a round easy number :-)
