Default Tapped in and bottled 6 gallons already

We put out 200 taps 2 weeks ago. We got a nice run for several days and have processed 6 gallons of a nice light syrup. Too cold right now but we will collect another 100-150 gallons of sap on Saturday to run during the Super Bowl.

    2013 - 150 taps.

Collected around 500 gallons so far and still boiling. There is already another 100+ sitting in the buckets, but it is warming up today and tomorrow so we will collect tomorrow evening. Thank goodness I work at home and can check on it every now and then.
