    Default Glad I Didn't Tap In The January Thaw

    Jack Frost would be pretty strong in the pans if sap were present,-28 F yesterday morning, and -24 F this morning.

    Those kind of temps will certainly bend or break a set of pans. I can't remember the last time we had temps like that around here. Temps like that will cut down on the tick population.

    Will see that temp tonite north of the notch
    We could use some kind of tick control around here
    They have been nasty lately
