Today's brew 148 gallons turned into this and a little more in the filter and coffee urn yet I don't know how?? We had to empty the bottles to fill them??? Jarred them to hot now I know what I'm going to do next time is filter into coffee urn and let it sit a while then plug it back in and jar then.The temp on the urn says 185 but still got not so perfect jars,not bad but I now how to make it right too tired now do it tomorrow.0303131622.jpg Look at the color and the sap was kept in ice cold snow bank and the oldest sap was 3 days old.It's VERY Tasty!!
