We will be burning in our sugar shack Friday night. I have 68 gallons in two days. Going to be a great run this weekend. The bad part is Leader upped there shipping costs and I can no longer get the jars I used. I will be switching to mason jars.

Finished my 118 gallons last night, made almost 3 gal.,finished it right on the arch let the fire slow down and made it perfect!!!Used the coffee urn and that was unreal for bottling it and filtering into it.

I should have 120 gal for Saturday night. This year I bought some wool filters and some pre filter. It helped but not 100%.
