    Default 102 gallons of sap

Boiled yesterday and finished today about 3 or so gallons of syrup, not done filtering it all,a little darker than Wednesdays 2 gallons I made from 80 gallons of sap. Thanks for this cold weather will get a break so I can tube some of the tress I have on 5 gal buckets so not to carry them on the mountain lots of work and time.I will still have some on buckets but the ones on the steep hill will be tubed.0213131839.jpg I don't steal the signs they are placed on the utility poles that I replace, the same pole the dummies hit all the time.

No lie I just put the 1st sign up on last Sunday(had the sign 3yrs) and went to work Monday and another crew had a broken pole with the other sign!I've made some nice syrup, didn't collect today since it only went above freezing in the afternoon,we had some snow to cover the ground. Will freeze tonight later, collect Wednesday.Just around 5 gallons of syrup, hard to keep tract even though I always say I will.0219131838.jpg
