So with 17 Kindergarten kids and an old woodstove- this is our bounty from last weeks thaw. I am trying to document just how valuable the experience of making syrup is to young children. Science, math, reading and writing are all easily taught using the sugaring process. Let me know if you have any tips or extra supplies for us.
