    Default Temperature this morning puts sugarmaking on the back burner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It was minus 22 fahrenheit here this morning,removes the itch for drilling/boiling.

    And I thought our -3 was bad. Wow.

    I don’t suppose -22 removes the itch from building fires though, does it?

    it was -20 here this morning and we will not be tapping for about a month or so still way to cold and to much snow
    cover for sap to run. oh well still got alot to do
    2011 4 taps milk jugs boiled on stove made candy
    2012 25 buckets boiling on a propane cooker in old shed
    2013 10x12 sugar house built and 2x4 W.F Mason evap
    52 taps on buckets and tubing as of march 6th still more taping to do
    gather with 2011 polaris sportman atv and 55 gallon drum in garden wagon
    3rd generation sugarer
