200+ taps, no evaporator
Last 3 years we have tapped 200+ sugar maples and hauled sap to local evaporator.
Our contact is not boiling this year.
We run a clean operation and are looking for another local evaporator.
We are located in Sullivan, Ohio and would like to work with someone locally.
Sorry Dave were close but my flat pan is way out of scale. Have you tried contacting the sugar bush west of 58 on Rt 303 about 1.5 miles on the south side of the road. I am in Pittsfield just north of Wellington

I'm over in Medina but only have a 2x6. Not enough. Have you ever thought of getting an evaporator? With that many taps I think it would be worthwhile.
