Thad- I dont know anything about the nozzle size or any of that. Ive been so busy in the woods the evaperator has been mostly back burnered. Jerry is going to fire it up in another week and make sure everything is Ok for me. It has two 801 carlin burners I think and they said each one will use 12 gallons per hour or 24 gallons per hour total. Im fine with that considering what it will probly do. The thunderbolt arch is supposed to be pretty high performance from what everyone is telling me. Marty- My averages are nothing special but Im proud of them. I think all things considered we do real well for where we live. I kind of wish I could sugar up your guy's way for the freezes but Ive got to say I wouldnt want to deal with the snow. I usually do most of my sugaring with no snow. I run my mainlines knee level. Mom is a great girl to put up with my crap. Couple more weeks and Im tapping in then all Im going to do is walk woods and tweek till it starts runnin. CANT WAIT FOR MY BIGSAPP!!!!!

Theroooooon, you will find that you have 2 nozzles per gun, probably 6 gallons each making 12, but I would bet the pressure on the gun is turned up also. That will make the total more like 29 per hour. That is what I am shooting now. I am contemplating turning that down a little and RO heavier. But have not made that decision yet.

You will have a low fire and high fire. Start the rig on low fire and get everything hot, then kick on the nuclear explosion. At that level it is quite amazing. I have sight tubes above each gun....... it is bright white in the chamber.

Remember Brian you have to keep track of the time that is involved in maintaining the vacuum system verses the "jerry system" verses how much is made and then your total hours times your going welding rate and then let me know which loses the least money. LOL

If it is a true "Thunderbolt" it has one Gordon Peiate (excuse the spelling) oil burner in the rear which pushes air and oil to the front and ignites it in the front.

Jerry- Thats exactly what it looks like it is to look at it. I thought the people said it had two guns and you can see the one in the back and it looks like more than just a gun and then in the front there isnt an exposed gun so I thought it was inside or something. Is having the one gun in the back and pushing heat and air all around the magic thats supposed to make it high performance? We know your just pushing buttons about the money end, Ive thougth the same thing myself the way Ive spent money on things. The thought is always next year I wont expand and Ill make big money and then you always buy stuff till your broke again. Seems like its just the culture. Theron

What are we considering massive? Am I going to have to have the arabs bring the barges up the susquehanna river and have them just keep bringing it till I tell them to stop?
