Looking for some guidance on a few things, haven’t had a part in making syrup since I was a kid and looking for some pointers. I tapped 10 trees today, and I don’t know how to be 100% certain they are all maple trees. Also, I have a pan I would like to use for boiling sap, but would like a recommendation for a propane burner big enough to heat it. I will attach a picture below. Thanks for any help!
