Building a cream machine was my project this year, but I keep picking it up and putting it down and never making any progress. Holiday season is coming up, so this is shooting up my priority list.

I looked into ordering the materials at the start of the thread, but some of the items are no longer available...gear reducer comes to mind. Is there another source for these at a reasonable price? I don't know anything about them, so I don't know how specific they are.

Fortunately, the funnel is still in stock. How much taffy can you put in this funnel?
