I'm not that far from you in Acton... My 12 taps have totaled about 55 gals including the 10 I've had yesterday and today. Your totals are amazing... That said, I don't think my barrel evaporator, nor me, would have keep up.

2023 All bags -- sold my buckets, no going back. Clean-up much faster and less storage space needed. Still getting used to pouring off the bags vs buckets
2022 23 taps. Tested 3 with bags
2021-2020 hmm. maple is always good!
2019 - 6th year sugarin'. 2nd year propane. 13 taps. Just over 3/4 gal syrup
