Hey all getting ready for our spring 2022 tour season which means maple cream. I love how easy it is to make but just hate the clean-up, those tubes! Does anybody have a method to make it any easier? Right now after I make the cream I boil water while I get most of the cream scraped out of the machine. I have not found a good way to clear the tubes of cream. Then I run a little hot water through a few times save that and run a little more and save that and then I run water through until clear but throw that water away. Very laborious and I feel like I waste too much. I re-boil the saved cream water for the sugar or throw it back into the evaporator.
