Maple Cream Freezing
We just started experimenting with small scale maple cream making. I have read it's fine to freeze cream in containers, and remove as needed for market.
We are using 9ounce glass jars. Will these break if frozen full? I imagine the plastic tubs would be fine, but before I put a batch into the deep freeze, is it likely they will expand and break? Or is it that the cream doesn't expand like liquid would? Thanks!

I freeze cream in both pound and half pound glass. Never had a problem with breakage
