    A big thank you to everyone who posts on here it has been a big help to me my first year me and my 3 year old boy have been havin a blast collectin sap and makin syurp i just hope its not over yet i would like to make a little more and its great to be outdoors with my son i have about 25gallons in the frige that i boiled down to 2 gallons would like to add a bit more and make it my biggest batch of syurp this year i know one thing me and my boy are hooked for life thanks again yall are some good people

    There is nothing quite like the experience of making your own maple syrup. Your little boy will never forget the fun times he's having with his dad. While sap can be fabulous at 3% sugar, your quality time with him is running at 100%.

    2018 - 28 taps, 2 turkey fryers & Denali 3 burner propane stove - 798L sap 16.9 L syrup
    2019 - 28 taps, 1409.5L sap 40.12L syrup

    Sugar, Norway, Manitoba, Silver and Freeman Maples

    2012: Probably 750 gravity taps and 50 buckets.

    600 gal stainless milk tank.
    2 - 100 gallon stock tanks
    one 30 gal barrel
    50 buckets

    3' x 10' Waterloo Raised Flue wood fired evaporator w/ open pans.

    12" x 20" Filter Canner

    Sawmill next to sugarhouse solves my sugarwood problem

    Gather with GMC 3500 2wd Pickup w/ 425 gallon Plastic Tank.

    Been tapping here in Lyman NH since 1989 but I've been sugaring since 8 years old in 1968.
