I sold out at $54/gal and $16/qt in plastic. I lost no sales because of price.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

I am selling mine for $45 a gallon. The NH Maple Producers Association does a survey every spring and they came up with an average of $51 a gallon. These are at the sugar house prices. Gift shops and stores would be more. I too haven't had any complaints about the price.

I am at 51 per gal and 32 per 1/2 gal for some reason down here the prices are just a little higher. which is good for me. and everyone I sold syrup to loved the prices thought it was a steal. Good for me.

I remember seeing a small tin of syrup at the Royal Gorge in colo and I picked it up and saw the price I noticed the bottom was all scratched and shinny from it being put back on the shelf. I like selling in glass 1/2 gallons I get $25 for them.

Quart 16, pint 9, glass 12oz 10, glass 8oz 7 sell out every year and like Brandon it does not matter if you buy one or twenty that is the price. No complaints yet.
