46 taps with buckets, a small homemade RO , two propane fired burners with two stainless steel restaurant pans for pre-heater and evaporator.
I tried to make, for the first time this year, some hard apple cider with maple syrup,dried mangos & raisins, ended up pretty nasty, but of course I only drank the 1st 2 gallons so far. maybe the 2nd 2 gallons will be better
