Tapped 240 over the weekend. Ran good sunday and monday. boiled last night and tonight. running about 2.25% sweet

Holy snowshoe! 16 inches of white slop. Probably start setting taps on Sunday. Gonna be slow going.

gathered 110 gallons this afternoon. Didn't expect much today was suprised to see running. Still only 2 percent. sounds like should get some good runs this week.
