I find it hard to compete with the cans too. Theses goofy Quebecois like them better then bottles. The cans would be cheaper after a person invested in the equipment but hardly worth while for me.
I have a couple of sales tomorrow in school for people that like and want mine so not all is lost.
We are having good weather here with actually to cold of nights so that it takes till 3 before the trees run. But when they start they pout for the few hours they run. They were still running at dark tonight so there should be ice tomorrow to dump for she who must be obeyed. I replaced all I boiled last night today again plus some so am set for a weekend of work now. Need to find a few more taps tomorrow for the weekend and then I will be set for the year.
