I know, it is hard to compete against those Quebec cans. My own sister inlaw
just cancelled her order from me, she is in Quebec, and I am sure that is the reason. Those guys down there mass produce and they are good at it. Me, only a hobby and it takes me an hour just to boil a litre of syrup then all the
filtering and clean up. A one litre empty jug is almost $2.00. If blood is thicker than water, maple syrup must be thicker than blood.
