I'm in southwestern Ontario. I started tapping last Friday which has been my usual start. It's now looking like I was a week late. With the forecast not showing a freeze for the next 6 days does this mean the end? I've only got 25 taps and a Leader Half Pint. Barely enough Sap to make syrup in the pan. Do I leave taps in? Will it run again if the forecast holds? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
