Wish we were tapped but we're not ready for this early a start. We've got many friends with drills who will work for beer and syrup ready to get at it on Saturday. I hope we can get 3000 taps in Saturday and get our 3 biggest bushes running on vacuum. Sunday we'll tap the rest, check for leaks and maybe sweeten the pans if we need storage room in the tanks. Lots to do!
