Funny thing about weather it always gets here some times fast sometimes slow. I have lots to do to keep me busy.
    maybe 50 taps for 2011
Finally ready to boil when I get enough sap
I just might be crazy.( make that I know I am)
Trees all tapped except the ones with 5 feet of snow.
Enough rabbits to keep Elmer busy..

    Yeah,
I've been putting up more gravity lines. I have 86 taps ready to go and plan to string up 14 more. Then maybe 20-30 more on 5 gal buckets.

    maplemat1,
We talked about some used sap sak holders that you had for sale. I would still like to get them sometime but can't swing it right now.
When is the latest you have started tapping in the past few years?

Accuweather does not have it going above 30 degrees for the next 15 days. I am finishing up my block arch this weekend.. Where in NE ohio can I get a small bucket of refractory cement?
