We got the bug with the forecasted warm weather and put in our south facing tap (150 total) on 1/14-15. There were no cold nights but we did manage to get 200 gal of 2.0 brix sap that we boiled down on the 19th. Then this past Sat - Mon, we were surprised to collect another 250 gal of 2.1 sap and boiled it of yesterday (Monday). We now have 6+ gal of syrup ready for canning but will hold it for the next boil. We still have 250 taps to put in. I don't see anything happening until at least late next week
