    Default gbm evaporators

    i just got 2x6 gbm evaporatator i was just waundering if anyone knows any thing about gbm? ps. it has flatn pans

    Bob,
    I definitively don't recognize GBM? Could it be Grimm Brothers MFG? or something like that? What is the age of the rig? Some one on here will be able to help. Any chance you could post a picture?

    Are there any dividers in the pans??? Or is it just a large flat pan. How many tap are you running. First rig or have you mad syrup on others. My under standing of gbm evaporators is there a largr batch type evaporator?

    It is grape brothers mfg. I see them advertised in the Maple digest.

    Chris, go to Maple guys page they sell them under evaporators gbm is listed. I think they are a big flat pan batch type set up. only seen them in pictures.

    They're a small company based in Wisconsin. I think they have a website www.gbmllc.com or something like it? They usually show their equipment at the annual Farm Progress Days every year.
